Ashley, a clinical nutritionist who works in an integrative manner, is trained to look at all facets of a person's health presentation. Ashley graduated from Boston College, and went on to increase her knowledge with a master's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, CT—one of the few institutions offering a graduate program in the nutrition field. There she conducted research on the effects of popular diets and detox programs on weight loss and chronic-disease symptoms. Her familiarity with nutritional science allows her to transfer clinical research to the patient setting. In addition to her degree studies, Ashley has studied with some of the most popular and influential practitioners in integrative nutrition. Ashley is a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist with BioHealth Diagnostics, as well as a professional member of the American College of Nutrition and National Strength and Conditioning Association

As a natural-born athlete, Ashley grew up cheerleading and playing competitive ice hockey. In her early adult years Ashley went on to compete in national fitness competitions where she consistently placed in the top five. Through her athletic development, Ashley has experienced her own personal struggles with weight, injury, and the stress of everyday life. Her unwillingness to accept these symptoms as ordinary or normal has led Ashley to find healthful solutions for healing the body and achieving optimal health inside and out. Ashley has a passion for cooking, the outdoors, a great pair of shoes, and feeling energized. Xin Zhang, M.A. is a Licensed Acupuncturist who is highly recognized among acupuncture practitioners and serves as the secretary for the United Alliance of New York State Licensed Acupuncturists

Born into a family of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners, Xin has been classically trained in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture (TCM), Japanese Kiiko Style Acupuncture (KM), Acupuncture Physical Medicine (APM), as well as in Chinese Herbal Medicine Formulation.

Born, raised and partially educated in Beijing, China, Xin completed her undergraduate studies with a Bachelor's Degree in communications and postgraduate studies in Chinese nutrition and TCM.  After she graduated, Xin hosted a popular television show in China, which addressed adolescent health and education. During that time she also collaborated on a best-selling Chinese nutrition book.  Upon arriving in America, Xin continued her post-graduate studies in Manhattan at the Tri-State College of Acupuncture, where she obtained her Master of Acupuncture Degree.

Xin has since obtained training and certificates in Oncological Acupuncture from Memorial Sloan-Kettereing Cancer Center and is also extensively trained in Cosmetic Acupuncture, Fertility Acupuncture, and Pain Management.

Vincent Leclercq is a nationally certified massage therapist, licensed in the state of Connecticut. Having first experienced massage through his work in spas in the 1980's, Vincent was inspired to pursue the therapeutic arts. Early work with Swedish and deep-tissue massage, Shiatsu and reflexology in Brittany, France led him to enroll in the Galen Institute of Medical Massage Therapy. In 2004, he graduated fully certified, launching his own private practice. Vincent continues his education while enjoying serving the Fairfield county community.

In studying Rites Of Passage work, he has participated in Vision Fast ceremonies with the School of Lost Borders in Big Pine, California, and serves on staff with Jeffrey Duvall of The Men's Leadership Alliance in Eldora, Colorado.

In 2003 Jonathan completed the MLA's Art of Leadership Training Program, and has since served several times as a Guide with The Berkshire Men's Circle. In keeping with this tradition, he completed training in the pilot year of the 4 Gateways Coaching certification, and is currently enrolled in the first group to pass through the MLA's Apprenticeship Program.
